RETURN INSTRUCTIONS
To return a purchase, please follow these instructions:

3. Repackage your products
- Repackage the product(s) in the original packaging and pack securely.
- If returning a knife or shear: Items must be wrapped to protect their point and edges from cutting through the box or padded envelope in which they are mailed.
4. Please allow 7 to 14 business days upon receipt to process your return.
5. A return confirmation email will be sent to you once your return has been processed.
WARRANTY POLICY
All SNF Schneidteufel Kitchenware products are fully guaranteed against manufacturing or material defects. The warranty does not cover wood products, such as knife handles, wear from normal use, alteration made by owner, accidents or any damage resulting from use other than the intended purpose of the item.
If product cannot be repaired and is no longer available, a like item will be selected for replacement.
