RETURN POLICY

SNF Schneidteufel wants to assure you are 100% satisfied with the product you purchased, which is why we offer a 30 days return period on all items ordered from our online store www.schneidteufel.com.

  • Items must be in new and unused condition with the original manufacturer package
  • Return time frame starts from your date of purchase

To initiate a return authorization please email our team. Have your order number and items you wish to return available and one of our representatives would be more than happy to assist as needed.

  

RETURN INSTRUCTIONS

To return a purchase, please follow these instructions:

1. Email our team

  • Please include your order number and items you wish to return available.

2. SNF Schneidteufel notified of the request

3. Repackage your products

  • Repackage the product(s) in the original packaging and pack securely.
  • If returning a knife or shear: Items must be wrapped to protect their point and edges from cutting through the box or padded envelope in which they are mailed. 

4. Please allow 7 to 14 business days upon receipt to process your return. 

5. A return confirmation email will be sent to you once your return has been processed.

 

WARRANTY POLICY

All SNF Schneidteufel Kitchenware products are fully guaranteed against manufacturing or material defects. The warranty does not cover wood products, such as knife handles, wear from normal use, alteration made by owner, accidents or any damage resulting from use other than the intended purpose of the item.

If product cannot be repaired and is no longer available, a like item will be selected for replacement.

Please make sure you have the following information available:

1. Your contact information

2. Shipping address

3. Description of product problem

4. 2-3 images of defective products 

5. A copy of your proof of purchase

Once our warranty team has received your information, one of our representatives will be in contact with you on the available options and the next steps for processing.
